Add about 6% more fuel to each cell in the 0 and 2% throttle range from 500 to 2500 RPM. Should solve your problem.

wmsanford,

I have a power commander also and had the proper map for my pipes and air cleaner. (Rinehart true dual and SE air intake on a 05 Ultra) I also had the popping issue on deceleration. My local HD dealer dyno'd the bike for me for $150 and all of the popping went away and the bike runs perfect. The service manager at Harley said that power commander maps run a little on the rich side to be safe and not melt down your engine. It was money well spent and there was no guess work on my part.
