I have an '01 Road King, FLHRI. It's got the SE Stage 1 and V&H slip ons. I am very pleased 
with the sound. They are not the loudest pipes out there but they do command attention. There will be no power loss, maybe slight increase, be sure to have it dyno tuned no matter what you get.
