I pulled the rear head on my FXRS this morning (Talk about a tight fit) to repair the oil leak at the dowel and found that it has been apart before. Cylinders look good and still show a faint cross hatch. I found the exhaust rocker to be quite snug in the rocker box.

What is the spec for it? At the moment it has no end play.

I pulled the shaft and all of the tightness was between the support and the arm. So I put it back together, torqued it to the head and adjusted it with a precession hammer. Always worked fine on the old iron heads............Slick as can be now.
