I returned a end cap that came off of the right side touring exhaust of my 2003 Ultra with only 750 miles on it. The chrome "bubbled" up and was peeling off. The left side was ok. I had one dealer tell me that the map needs to be changed, even with the tour exhaust and another dealer said that it didn't need a map, it was just a faulty chrome job. Has anyone else had any problems like this?

When I owned a 99 Heritage.... (bought new) the spoke wheels has terrible chrome.. Started flaking within the first year of ownership.. Looked like they had yellow streaks.. Poor prep before chroming and they were rough (pitty feeling)... I purchased new mufflers when I bought the bike. (The kind that has removable tips) I bought the large "Shark Tails" they had little stickers on them saying "Product of China"... They didn't peal but did stain up real fast..
