For the second time in 6 months, my 91 Heritage Softail has another case of all of a sudden, the horn, turnsignals, dash lights and brake light do not work. The bike starts, headlight and tail light are on. Hoping I could fix it this time myself. Your suggestions are welcome.

I had the horn on my '00 FXSTB go in and out, sounded real funny. Then it stoped working all together. It ended up being the ground attached to one of the upper motor mount bolts. The bolt became loose and then backed out all the way.

Do you have a service manual with electrical schematic diagram?
If you don't, you need one to do any work yourself.
They run ~$50.

The obvious place to start is at the fuse block, but you have too many different circuits defective to be just one fuse.
I would suspect wiring harness/molex plug pin corrosion problem, but you need a manual to trace efficiently.
