Yeah, John's got it. I have my shop manual here and it covers your exact bike and that's what it says. I've taken that style clutch apart many times, but it's been a couple decades. I remember now. I had a little bit of metal just the right size for the washer. Probably still in my tool box. If you want the hub off, then you need a hub puller, but you don't have to pull the hub to R&R the clutch.
