Has anyone else seen the new EPA mandate that all motorcycle emissions will have to be reduced by 80% within 7 years. To do this H-D and the others would have to install catalytic converters and may have to go to water cooled engines.

I understand that either the '04 or '05 Harleys will be the last of the twins we all love due to emissions requirements.
