Who is the go to guy who can help with a Dual Dual Dellorto carb set up on a 103 twin cam ?

My opinion derived from working with automotive applications would be to ditch that nightmare. It may be the greatest thing since sliced bread but I see too much wrong with it.

Those are probably DHLA40's where one is not enough and 2 is too much. I have no idea as to how you would tune a set up like that.

One DHLA45 on a 110 would start with about this.

36mm chokes
145 main jets
7772.6 emulsions
180 air correctors
40 pump jets
50/7850.9 idle jets
8011.1 aux vents

If that's just a show setup, as I would expect it is, then block the one on the bad runners off with a plate, and just use the other one.

I had an exhaust pipe for a Buell Lightning once that looked kind of like that. They would have gone great together.
Imagine having to ride behind that thing.
