I replaced the battery in my 2009 FLHTCUI and now I have a check engine light on. I ran through the DTCs and found (4) different codes and I can't clear them. The bike runs fine and I can detect any issues but can't clear the codes. I have the following DTCs:
P0120- TPS1 Range Error
P0123- TPS2 High/Open
P1510- EFI Limited Performance Mode
P2135- TPS- Correlation Error.

Does a simple battery change cause a TPS to fail??

No, it doesn't

Perhaps just check the connector to the TPSD. Pull it off, clean it and reseat it.
Also, you can try cycling the ECM by turning on the bike (not starting!) for 30 seconds, turn off. Do it like 4 times and then try to clear the DTCs.
