he guys i am taking the inner primary off . now do i have to take the who starter off to do this , the shovel was a lot easyer to do this .oh ya it's a 99 roadking. thanks..... terry

You don't have to remove it, just remove the 2 long allen bolts that hold it to the inner primary. The jack shaft has to get unbolted though.
