Can someone please describe exactly what to do to drill out the cover for the mixture adjustment screw on a stock cv carb? I will probably be doing this in the next couple of days, and don't want to screw anything up. I would like to do it myself, not take it to a shop. Thanks for you help.

You don't drill out the screw, you just remove the plug that covers the screw. You take a small drill bit like 1/8" or close to it and drill slightly into the plug (make sure you do not drill thru it) just enough to where a sheet metal screw will hold in the hole you just drilled and then you pull on the screw with a pair of pliers so as to remove the plug.
