231. Casement got us up and over 100. Racepres got us to 200. casement got the first chrome Decoder Ring. Racepres gets the second one.

It's been a while but powerhaulic brings his '82 in at 229. Step by step- ironworker40 gets us 1 closer. Joe Shovel FXR brings us another, number 231.

Nope , shes definately had a life . Was an insurance write off and the original bodywork was wrecked .
Still got mid mount footboards but has a kickstarter and a screamin eagle carb fitted .
Just replaced starter clutch , but starter motor is toast also so haven't had her running for more than about ten seconds so far

There Never was a Kicker on any Factory FXR...
I have an example of each the Newest, and the Oldest... excepting the "Numbered" ones... which I don't know much about..

I for one would like to see the Whole bike...
Looks very 4-speed to me... yet an Evo mill... 1985 and '86 from the MoCo
Tho I know of aftermarket kickers onto 5-speeds.. most I am familiar with, hang outboard more..

Believe it or not... they were mostly for looks... I never witnessed one actually Working Correctly..Wouldn't want to Depend on any I know about. Something wrong with the one Shown... I have not seen a Kicker in that "attitude" on a typical 4-speed,which, yes, that cover certainly "looks like"... Maybe simply the stop is Wrong... but IDK how one could do that.

I see that now.. but, me thinks perhaps a Flat is too much....maybe not..
As I said tho... I do Not recall seeing a set-up like that anyway..maybe because of the Photo, I cannot see the "adapter" housing??
