I have a 98 evo that pours oil out the breather valve. I checked the lines and tank and everything is ok. I checked the timing gears and the crank, cam and breather are timed right. I took the oil pump apart and cleaned it and all the gears look good so i replaced the spring and check valve why i had it off. Still no luck. Anybody have any ideas. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Might be the umbrella valves in the rocker boxes. 92 and up are head breathers. Take the hose off the back of the intake and add an extension and run it between the cylinders and then down between the primary and trans. It only goes into the breather to satisfy the EPA know it alls.

Great idea - oil down the rear tire. Think about fixing it right, maybe just burning a little oil.
