anyone tried these yet for tight areas on the bike? price is right and i can always justify new tools..just wondering about sidewalls of sockets for access.

I've never needed the through hole to justify a set like that. I have had a few situations where there was not enough room for a ratchet on a socket. Craftsman has a set similar to these and I just snap them into a socket and use a gear wrench ratcheting wrench on the adapter for a low profile ratcheting socket.

I've got a Kobalt set like that. They work well but they're only a backup. Honestly, I've only needed them once in two years. My standard sockets or wrenches work for most things.
