In a word, yes. Harley does clearcoat their paint. I've never used Zano but any good clearcoat safe wax will do fine. I've always been fond of carnuba. I try to stay away from high tech sealants since I do custom paint work and some of these products can be a pain to remove.
I would wait a few weeks to apply any wax since your paint will still be green and you don't want to cause solvent popping or premature paint failure by trapping solvents under the surface. A month is a good waiting period before applying any wax or sealants.
Look under the fenders for build dates of those components and go from there. In the interim, you can safely use 3M Imperial Hand Glaze or similar product to enrich the shine.
