got all bolts and other parts clean ,only thing i havnt touched is oil tank,when you builders do big builds ,do you clean out oil tank ,just wondering,thanks

I dont usually flush the tank out unless there was a reason for it. If a bearing or lifter went yes, but not if just rebuilding a running motor.
