hello to all ,has anyone got info about my cb? i can receive in my headset and also on my speakers ,but sometimes , i can not transmitt to my buddies on the road, my outward signal doesnot seem to be heard by anyone ive been checking things out and i have aFIRMWARE set from 1997 fitted to my 99 ultra has this anything to do with my intermitant fault ???

What's a firmware set? HD changed the radios in 98, so that could be your problem.
