I put the SE Slip Fits, SE Air Cleaner, and recalibrated the carb on my 02 FXDL. I should have thought of this before I did the carb but now I'd like to remove the baffles in the mufflers. If I do this will I have to do the carb again and what is the best way to remove the baffles?

Increase air flow and you'll probably need to re-jet. I think it is a standard formula...more air means more fuel to maintain the fuel air ratio.

Since the SE's are supposedly free flowing I wouldn't have thought that removing the baffle would increase the flow enough to rejet again. I decided to go with a 48 slow jet. Shouldn't this be enough? Also do you know the best way to remove the baffle?

I would go with a 195 main, that way when your at 4000 rpms you can pass more gas and make more HP two.
