Carb question for Hippo or Charlie

My heads and cylinders for my B motor are in your shop right now. When I get them back and put together with TW44 cams and samson 2-2 pipes, what settings would you recommend for my stock carb to get me through break-in?

After 500mi I plan to dyno the bike for final tuning.
