With big bore 95, Se htcc ported heads, htcc pistons, Se air cleaner, SERT, Se roller rockers, rinehart true duals, and an S&S 570G cam, is this a good build for a 2- up bagger, or is this the wrong cam choice? I wanted the Se high performance heads, Se forged pistons, and everything else the same. Also have compression releases. Just would like to know what the optimum cam would be for this build?

for two up riding......

I would probably go with an andrews tw26....or the woods tw-6.... both give the extra grunt down in the low end.... personally I went with the andrews.

The HTCC ported heads are not a good choice for a bagger. They develop their power mostly in the upper RPM range. If you want SE heads the SE performance heads are a better choice. I have heard good things about the SE performance heads with FT pistons at 10.0-1 with the SS 570g cam. If you haven't bought all of the parts yet, you may want to do a little more research.

@gree:

SE performance heads or your heads ported for torque by a good porter, cast flat tops, CR up to 10:1. The 570g has great valve timing numbers, IMHO. But with .570" lift, you will need a good set of forged roller rockers, probably a step up in spring seat pressure too.
