Blip on Dyno Run

I recently had a 95" kit installed after having valve guide seal problems. The map suggested by Dynojet was to lean. Did a dyno run mainly for air/fuel correction. There is a blip at about 4250 rpm. Anyone have a clue what would cause that?

Aside from something mechaincal, the dyno operator may have just a lazy technique on his initial turn of the throttle.

I find myself doing the same thing sometimes and wind up corrupting the runs.
