When I walked up to the parts counter to ask where the office manager was, he shook my hand, introduced himself and escorted me to the office manager.
Most other dealers were somewhat standoffish, until they knew you. I came out of the cold and was welcomed at once.
The Owner then sat down with me to go over the paperwork and the bike. Being a mechanic himself, the bike didn't leave the store until he went over it.
I was impressed with the level of detail afforded to me.
