I went there to get my first HD and had a great visit!

When I walked up to the parts counter to ask where the office manager was, he shook my hand, introduced himself and escorted me to the office manager.

Most other dealers were somewhat standoffish, until they knew you. I came out of the cold and was welcomed at once.

The Owner then sat down with me to go over the paperwork and the bike. Being a mechanic himself, the bike didn't leave the store until he went over it.

I was impressed with the level of detail afforded to me.

On my first trip to this dealer I couldn't get anyone's attention. On the second visit a week later I was told they didn't have time to give me a price on a new Sportster. They were too busy, so I drove over to Slidell and bought the bike there. Funny thing about money, someone else is always willing to take it...

Went to my closest HD stealer in Olympia WA. numerous times before deciding exactly what I wanted . Gave them a chance to get to know me and vice-versa .Still got an attitude so I went up north to Destnation Harley in Tacoma and ordered my new Road King .Great bunch up there .Price was about the same but to me attitude plays a big part .You only get one chance to make a first impression .
