Head gasket (Rear) replacement went just fine.
Here's a little info on my engine.
2003 Ultra
95" big bore
Forged Pistons
10.5:1 compression
SE Heads
SE adjustable push rods
Jim's Hydro-solid lifters
SE roller rockers

My problem is it won't start after reassembling. I followed Jim's instructions for using SE pushrods with their Hydro-solid lifters.
I've readjusted several times since it failed to start.
I have compression releases, and when I attempted to start the bike I noticed only the front cylinder released. the rear "the one I worked on" did not release.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

I would do a compression test first. If your hanging a valve, it might not start or run on one cyl. Could be lifter adjustment or rocker arms hitting the top boxes.

@gree:
if any cly dosent make over 75 psi of cranking compression. The motor will not start.
As chop said something is hanging a valve open just enough to keep it from building compression
