I finally went for my first ride, on my first Harley and my first bike in almost 19 years. I have the stock BR baffles in it, and a set of T-monsters in the toolbox waiting to be installed and dynoed at my 1000 mile check up.
The engine is a 95 with 204 cams. I understand these cams will increase volume to begin with.
You know, I think the stock baffles have a good sound all by themselves, and are PLENTY loud.

For those of you who have changed out the baffles, was the sound difference worth the extra db's on the ear drums?

I had them in my stock Fat Boy w/ Big Radius and my riding buddy has them in his punched out Fat Boy...put them in you'll love the sound...nice & deep.:brows:

Easy install, just soak the stock baffles on WD-40 the night before you want to remove them.

Got em in my Big Radius pipes. Love the sound. Deep throaty sound without the fluttering on decel that you get with the stock V&H baffles.
