I called them 3 weeks ago and got a reply yesterday by someone asking me, "Did your question got answered?" I said, "NOooooo, but can you answer it?" She said, "no"

i searched very hard for an e mail adress for the moco and could not find one. so i put on the forum and lowm and behold nobody can e mail them. they need to get more accessible.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense to me either. I went through the same thing back in June.
I can't even get them to answer a question. The only return phone calls I get are from quality control survet people asjing me if my question got answered and then they ask me what I think about them. Big freakin' joke!
My father remembers the days when Harley riders were treated like a family member. I've told him about all this and it doesn't sound believable to him, but it's the truth.
