BDL Hand Controls Dont Work On Some Bars
I finally got the BDL Hand controls mounted and switches working and they do look beautiful but....................
Due to the cam lock configuration for invisible mounting they can not be adjusted to the optimum location with my Carlini Design handlebars.
If the bars have dimples and the bars have a particular shape to them, then you can not turn the hand controls to the correct location without the cams dropping into the dimples or wire cut outs so they can not clamp to the bars.
While they can fit you can not get them to sit just where you want......so mirror choice has to change to suit as the mirrors also do not adjust to be able to see behind anymore.
The switch housings are too far away as well to work comfortably......
