Do you still have the Bassani headers and pipes? Do you still like them? do you have the ECM reprogram? SE breather? Any blueing or discoloring of the pipes. I have the same bike and want the same setup. Just trying to decide what path to take. That feature saved me when I got rear ended! Pipes and headers took the brunt of the force and I had absolutely no other major damage to the bike. It did bend the rear light bar slightly but no tin damage.El Mongo said:The only thing I don't like is that the mufflers extend out past the saddle bags a little more than I would like and I have them adjusted in as far as they will go. But, I'm getting used to it.
I wanted to do the same set up, power curve and the megs.todd comer said:Hello friends, I just installed Bassani 4 inch slip-ons including there Power Curve header on my 06 Street Glide and what a great sound.I know there are alot options out there but I am smiling every time I ride down the road.
I have the street glide and installed the Bassani Pro Curve with the 2" core Touring mufflers. They sound great but with the SE breather and the stage 1 download the bike pops real bad on decel. Other than the popping on decel the bike looks, sounds, and runs great. A friend just bought the same bike, installed "big" pipes, breather, and the stage II download and the bike runs great with no popping.etyjjjjjj said:I have been told on the streetgide you need to buy the race tuner to properly remap,is that true or is the dealer just trying to get more $$$$ out of me,thanks......Tim
