There is an article in the Milwaukee paper today about Harley if you are interested its at jsonline.com . All of us old farts are going to kick the bucket than who is going to buy Harleys, I think Harleys will always be popular. I remember when I bought a Sporty in 1973 it was a lot more expensive than other bikes, like my friend at work says other bikes may be faster, cheaper, smoother etc ,etc , but its not a Harley safe riding rickpoco

That is why Harley had Buell build the Blast. To get a younger crowd interested in bikes. Then when they go into the dealership because the bike just isn't enough any more...

They either get on a bigger Buell, or a Harley. It is a gateway bike:D My wife plans to get on a Raod King after her Blast. The bike is doing its job.

Im 22 and I love my Harley Sportster. I think that some of us younger people still have the dream of owning a Harley. I like the feeling of comradery of fellow riders that I did not feel by buying/looking at another manufactures bike. Most of the younger people dont seem to see or care about that like I do.
