I have a short inseam of about 29" and currently have the #76027 Mustang solo seat. I am looking at the low down touring seat as it says that it drop you 1.5 inches lower than stock on a 2010 FLHR. I presently am not able to sit with both feet on the ground with my solo. Was just curious if anyone has tried this seat and how it has worked out for them. Any opinions would be appreciated as I don't want to start changing shocks and or front end.

I've tried Mustangs on other bikes only because that was all I could get, give HD Sundowner low reach seat a try, I have the regular reach and is super comfortable on long hauls, I hear the low reach is just as good. Seats are one of those things that what works for one may not for another, go by the dealer and test a couple. JMO

thanks to all that replied. I was in touch with mustang technical support and they have informed me that to get lower to the ground the only way they could do it with a seat was to make it thinner and it works out to be only 1.13 inches thick. The representative stated that the mustang solo that I have now gives me the support and comfort that the #79650 will never give me. I guess I will look at other seats or look at shorter shocks and or lowering kits.
