Anyone ordered a POSE Road King? I just priced one today for $17550 with security and cruise. Just curious how that compares to other dealers.

I saw that in another thread. thanks. I'll give him a call. Sounds like it might be worth a drive up north.

I stopped in Milwaukee HD last night and spoke to Larry he said in addition to mine and Maxum96's bikes he has an extra POSE coming in around the same time. (Oct 15 -Nov 15)

Don't ask me how he just does.

Not sure of the color or if its ABS, call Larry he will be more than happy to help ya out. 17900 w/o ABS 18700 w/ ABS.

Tell him Bill or Doug told ya to call.

I called a bike shipping company and it was going to cost $700 to have it shipped to me in Colorado. Since I've never been to Milwaukee I'm going to make a mini vacation out of it and drive to Milwaukee and take the factory tour. Seeing as I have use of a buddy's nice bike trailer and free hotel rooms, it shouldn't cost me more than a few hundred bucks in gas and food for the 3 day trip.

But even if I paid to have the bike shipped to me, I'd still be about a $1000 ahead of what it would cost me if i bought the bike from my local dealer with their $1500 discount. And that was the biggest discount besides Milwaukee HD that I could fiind.

my bike

Is "supposed" to be the first Ultra built........according to HD

I had my dealer call and pitch a bitch when they changed my ship date from Sept. 10th to Nov. 2d #[email protected]

They said it was a production problem with the frames.....and according to an email from Misty at HD Police there was also an issue with the new tank medallions.

now "supposedly" it should be some time in Oct. so as soon as I know you guys will know....probably here me yell all the way from here in FLorida :hystria: :hystria:

Larry from Milwaukee HD sent me his full POSE price list. I don't know if you've called him, but he's showing a price of $15,426 for a POSE Road King in black. Add $590 for security and cruise.

yes, got one. he sent me a price for both the RK and the Ultra. Looks like we are going with the Ultra. I'm waiting for Larry to see if he happens to have an extra one coming in, (black of course). thanks for the offer.

There is another dealer out there in your area that treats LEO's very well. His name is Barry Usher at Beartooth HD in Montana. You may want to check with him also. It might be closer to you than Milwaukee.

I checked with Barry and black ultra non abs no security is 19,565 and a black POSE RK nothing added is 16,770. Sounds like Milwaukee is hard to beat.

Beartooth HD is definately closer, but I've already put money down and ordered the bike from Milwaukee HD. But thanks anyways.

The best I could do on a black POSE Ultra here in Northern Colorado was $19,100 for a non ABS bike without security. With Milwaukee HD selling the same bike for $17,900, it was kind of a no brainer to buy from them. Plus, Milwaukee's fees are hundreds cheaper than my local dealer even with the non-Wisconsin sale fee.
