Just picked up my bike today (05flhti) after a 95 inch build with Dewey's heads, 37g cams, wild pig slip-ons, and pc. Bike dynoed at 104 torque / 92 hp on brand new build. Per Dewey, should add another 4 to 5 ft pounds within 1500 miles as the valve seals set in along with the rings. See the dyno section posted today for the plot.
The dealer talked me into having it tuned right off the build. (Better if the build fails on the dyno than on the road). Initial AFR in the low 13s. Dewey thinks it will lean out and go up to 14.5 or so at 1500 miles. Fortunately, the dealer had 10% off labor rates during January as it looks like I'm heading for another tune down the road.
