I generally put mine in a digital pressure cooker for 17 minutes to soften them up then to the grill using Kraft BBQ. New recipes are a welcomed find and will try Setts this weekend. If I can get cedar wood for a fire I won't use anything, but salt and pepper.

My last rack was St. Louis Style.
Dry rubbed and left to set a few hours and then 225 for 3 hours spritzed with apple juice now and then.
Took off the smoker and wrapped in foil after a brush with Sweet Baby Rays and on the regular grill at high heat for about 15-20 minutes.

It worked well and tasted great, but not any better than the dry rub alone in smoker only.

Dry rub I made up is: Sea salt, black pepper, garlic salt, paprika, and a bit of chili powder and sugar...
Damn, looks like I'm late to dinner.

Older thread but I'll go ahead and throw in that cedar is not good stuff to cook with. I don't even like burning it for warmth because I don't care for the smell of burning cedar.
