Won't hurt it a bit. I wouldn't be blasting at 5000 though. No reason to test how well the EFI knock retard works. I have to tell you though, the dealers calibration for Stage I is for stock mufflers - EPA street legal. They may not sell you one for Stage I +SE performance mufflers (racing only) or worse they'll tell you the one they got will be fine- sooooo you're better off getting the tuner for $350 loading up calibration #12 from the CD which is Stage I 1450 WITH SE performance mufflers . Still not exactly yours but close enough to get started.

This mite be way to late, But I did the SE air flter( only 1 I could find at the time) and the V/H classic slipons with a power commander and no RE MAP. Ran OK, until I started revamping through the PC...........big difference..............and didn't cost me $150 for stg 1 remap.....dunno. but I'm happy.....
