I would like to lower the rear of my bike. Any suggestions on kits?

I see burly, white bro's, ness. All about 1 inch.

Do I need a new kick stand if I do choose one of these kits?

I recommend the Ness kit. (Really nice product) I used it on mine and didn't need to replace kickstand.......bike still leans quite aways on the stand.

what about putting 11" progressive shocks instead? Any idea how much lower that would make the bike?

I was gonna go with 11" shocks......but went with the kit because I wasn't sure how my bike was gonna sit with the new frontend, but with the lowering kit it sits perfectly to my taste..........and it now rides better than stock.
