I'm thinking of doing the 95" bore w/ flat tops and 203s to my 2006 Street Glide> I already have Rhinehart True Duals, SERT and SE air cleaner. One opinion I got was that the Rhineharts wouild no longer be optimal for that set up...that I'd want 2-into1s. Any thoughts here?

It would likely run better with a good 2-into-1. However, if you like your current pipes, just have the bike tuned for them and ride on.
