1200 or better, on an '82 ironhead? Oh this is funny. You have a bunch of online research and reading to do. I suspect that you will either not do this at all, or end up paying a shop to do it. This is not beginners stuff.

An Ironhead can certainly be built above 1000cc, but it is expensive and the guys that know how to do it are dying off or retiring. Aside from the engine size, there are a bunch of weak links that must be addressed. Lots of custom machine work and welding required. The mere fact that the OP asked about a location for parts for his Ironhead indicates that a build like this is way outside of his (or her) capability.

Ya know what, Just because you popped off at the jaw will look for what I need and install it. by the way, is this how you treat people who ask a question if so, revoke my membership and stick your site up your a**!

I am eager to see how this project turns out. As stated above, I think this is outside the scope of your capability, but maybe not. Prove me wrong. Best of luck to you.

PS - There is no 'kit' but here are a few leads for you to run down:

S&S - Flywheels
Axtell - Cylinders
Baisley - Headwork, welding, machining, assembly, general counsel
Hillside Cycles - Machine work, heads, assembly, general counsel.
Zippers - Trap door, cams
Cometic - Custom gaskets

I bet he never does so much as a cam change to that ironhead. Seen it countless times. He is probably thinking about a wide tire kit (at least a 170) and an open belt drive.
