And no I am not endorsing or have anything to do with this guys attempt to find some one with more cash than brains.

I was at a local NJ dealer yesterday, and they were asking 39,999 for a new fatboy. Don't get me wrong it had everything that was in the softail section of the h_d book,but c'mon now it was not even a s/e model. I told one of the salesmen there i would sell them my bike back for 29,000 and he just laughed,as did I.

By the way, it has been reduced to 25.5k...That's quite the reduction.

You must be referring to Bergen County. They have a night train there for $36,000 along with a street bob with red rims for 20K....Craziness.

My view is anything much over 20k used I will buy new or build my own dream bike. Why would someone want to pay top dollar for someone else dream bike? Lazy I guess.

He didnt even take a good clean picture of it ?? For $$$ like that I wouldnt have junk in the back ground and I would be sure that you could see all of the bike. I think he's dreaming................ Maybe he kept all of the slips form the goodies he's bought and thought thats what he should get plus the labor?
