Just put on a 21" wheel and tire on my FXD. Gives it a whole new look.

Wow that does look much different! Good job! What seat is that you have? It doesn't look stock or if it is it's worn in real nice.

The seat is off a 05 FXDC. Had an independent shop build the wheel.

There are a few different ways you can go. I bought a hub and had a shop lace it up. Or, you can buy a new or used Sportster wheel and go from there. Depending what year you have, you might have to change bearing size. My 04 has 1" bearings, earlier years use 3/4". Other than that it's a direct bolt on.

Kink, what tire size did you have stock and what tire size are you running now. did you have to relocate the fender at all? I know some wire wheel manufactures will actually manufacture a wheel with any hub fitment you want, kind of like what you did but I was wondering with a change like that if you had any fitment issues with the tires or fender?

Tire size on the 19" is whatever stock size Dunlop. The 21' is whatever size is stock on a wide glide or a sportster custom. Fits right under the stock fender.
