I,m looking for recommendations on hi rise bars for my 2014 CVO softail deluxe? Brand, height ex? whats the most comfortable on the wrist?

only you can determine which are the most comfortable for you....

use a tape measure, to measure spread, rise and pullback of your current bars...

bold side to figuring what bars you would feel best with is,,,, sit in the bike,,, point the front end straight,,, then close your eyes and put your arms out to what feels comfy,,, open your eyes,,, and determine the difference between this and your current bars...

I would suggest not getting bars so high and wide that you cannot hold onto both grips without shifting your position on the seat... when turning like in parking lots and tight spaces

You want apes for comfort or just to look badass? I put 14's on my '12 Road King and they're perfect for me, and straight lined them with the front end. Good form & function.

You could check the link below. They have good charts with dimensions and such. It's where I got mine a few years ago. Fit, finish, and price was all good.
