I traded for this bike in May, now have been thinking about doing Stage 1 upgrade, adding TFI gen 3, and later adding SE slip ons.

Any suggestions or comments?

Have a 2010 Ultra, stage 1, along with SE slipone, did not really make a major difference. Don't know if the TFI3 gen will help. Good luck.

I would suggest a Vance and Hines pro pipe, the full system to get the free flow cats as well, a VO-2 air filter system and a Fuelpak, the version 13 unit.

I would also suggest a Throttlepak to fix the throttle lag issue.

I have a 2012 EG Limited and did the follow:

VH power duals
VH slip on monster ovals
VH throttle pak
Arlen Ness big sucker a/c
SE super tuner

Very happy with these additions; noticed a little difference in performance, real differnce in eliminating lag in the throttle; reduced the heat from the cats.

When you say Gen 3 TFI, are you talking Dobeck? If so, the Gen 4 is just a few bucks more. The AFR Gage can take the place of your current outside air Gage and you can program from it .
It's definately worth checking out.
