Replace the rear blinkers after all Wes black nickel plated. On the blinkers the right was 12 volts and left socket was 5 volts. New PC board in same results. Now voltage is dropping in tail light. It makes no since. So using meter and checking part by part I can't find a break in the system to the rear. Next will be checking grounding points. Any thoughts? All led, load equalizer, all checking to be functioning correctly.

Done that, can't find the problem that was the reason for my question. I have just the tail light housing in and using meter across pins in blinker sockets the voltage was 12 on right side and left was 5.5 now right is 2.3 and left is .5
Really strange drop.

You powder coated the housing?
Some tail lights use the housing to ground against the frame.
So maybe you need to grind off some powder coating where it touches the frame.
Maybe.

What year is the bike? It matters... again,,was all well before the platimg?
