Just bought my first Harley and noticed I have a clean front fender while lots of other Road Kings have a bumper, chrome strips, the Road King label and a fender skirt. Maybe I should have that stuff. Where can I buy those things at a reasonable price?

Sounds like you have a fender from a FLHRS (Road King Custom) or a FLHX (Street Glide). Are you sure you have a FLHR?

You're gonna want the right fender if you want to add on all the dodads...if you have a smooth fender than it wouldn't be wise to drill all the holes into that you need plus the light tip upfront, etc...lots of guys opt for the smooth look and sell stock fenders all the time, so you may be able to find one already with the trim you want - emblems, spears, light, skirt, etc...check eBay

Yes, it is an FLHRI according to the VIN number. The guy that had it before me hit a curb and likely replaced the stock fender with the clean version. He also added a bunch of Willie G chrome stuff all over it. I will look for someone selling a stock front fender. I just added the King Size windshield last night. Wow, what a difference at 70 mph in a stiff Wisconsin wind!
