Damn...What a cut and paste job. I posted it on two news groups only, this one and Harley Davidson Forums. I guess I should be flattered.harleyhog said:Where have I seen this before LOL.

Who the f*ck is HIPPO in HTT? If they did then they got it off my freakin' computer or the WEB sites I mentioned above. It took me quit a while to type that crap in the computer using microsoft word. You freakin' theives. (O)'sharleyhog said:Considering I got this from HIPPO in HTT months ago I think HIPPO should be the one being flattered.
I just responding to what harleyhog said, "I got this from HIPPO in HTT". I just know what I did. The content was mainly from Harley-Davidson. Anyone can buy the HD book and it wasn't the service manual. Some of the definitions, i.e CKP, came from another source (I know where). I just used some of my own wording. I asked people in this forum for this information. There was only one person that responded and he responded by e-mail. He told me to come to the harley shop where he worked and he would make a copy for me. I never went to the harley shop where he worked. I decided to purchase the book myself. After typing all that information, I decided that this was good stuff and wanted to SHARE it with everyone.cwo2lt said:While we appreciate the time it took you to type all that out be careful what you say about Hippo. He is very well liked and respected here. He's also forgotten more about Harleys than most of us will ever know.
Thank you for your welcomed comment.03RKClassic said:Thanks for the post and the time it took you to type it out. My bike stored a code the other day. Tonight I will see what it's all about!
Would this be the procudure that the dealers use, or do they plug something in like a PDA or computer to download the codes ?
Thanks
