for the rain suit on the pipes,

use some CHEAP carb cleaner, it should "melt" the plastic and let you get it off.

the cheaper, the better, takes a little effort, but it get it off.

if not, "Power Service Diesel Kleen" at Advance, basically acetone & stuff, melts plastic bottles if not right kind, it will peel up a Rhino Liner - and soften paint.

i used BBQ grill paint to touch up the black thunderheader on my NT, wrapped a WallyWorld bag behind/around it, sprayed a few lite coats to cover spots.
