I have a 1990 Flhtc with a wiring issue. I cannot get my rear brake light to work. I have changed all the circut breakers, relay, ground cables, brake switches, and cleaned up any wiring that looked unusual to HD service manual specs. I have power to the rear brake light and have one filament lit. When the brakes are applied the brake light dims and the voltage tanks, all other lights are operational. I have checked all grounds. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
