113 Upgrade ???

Anyone familiar with the SE 113 ci upgrade. Pro"s & cons for 06 DYNA

comes with - SERT / 50 mm throttle body / 103 stroker kit - larger cylinders - pistons - etc. / httc heads ported heads & 10.5 pistons / roller rockers & supports / SE air cleaner / se 257 cam

I'll bet for the same $$$ you could go with a JIMS 120 in motor or an S&S 124 in motor.

Or for that kind of cash you might be able to go with a Zippers or Axtel or GMR Performance 124 type kit.

That's how I wound up with the 120". I went in to price out the 113" kit, but with all the added labor it was only a little more to go with the full motor, and then I still had my old 95" to sell, keep, whatever.

If you can do the work yourself, or you already have a stroker, it might be a different story, but there's a lot of labor involved in the 113" and it added up quick.

The price tag is around $6200. I am not familiar with a jims motor.

Price about the same

The cost of the crate engines is about the same as the total with labor of the stoker kits.

For those that own them any problems with titling once you've replaced the engine or with having a non street legal engine in your scoot?
