Decided to open up the Bagger this winter, to get more 2 up sack. I'm going with 10.2ish/1 (84-85cc heads, spit and polished by Bean).

I've heard a lot of good things about this cam, the right cam for two up, but a little concerned about the gas these days. I live in NH, so not too hot, but do not want the ping.... One way, or another, I'll get a good tune (does anyone has a good .MT7 map for this combo?), start with my twin scan and see how it goes... What I'm hoping for is real feedback from those of you out there with this combo, will this be a pinger???

I'll update this thread with some pics as I go...

Any and all comments are appreciated, as I have not busted a nut yet... My buddy Durwood has me second guessing my decision, based on his results... But I also want to be able to run it up to 6, when i need to keep up with the alpha's in the pack...

I respect the advise given in this Forum...

Thank you in advance,
Laserp

I have set them up with Beans heads at 85 cc's and a 30 gasket and I would not consider them to be a pinger at all. What pipes do you have, I might have a map or at the very least a map with a decent start at the timing tables. What year bike?

I have a 10 Ultra Classic Limited, SEAC, Jackpot 2-1-2, dyno tuned muffs and TTS.

Thanks a lot Bob! That would be great! I can PM my email address?

It would be cool if it were an easy push of a button to go +/-4 deg. and pop in a new map..depending on the days needs..:hmmm:

just chitting ya lazer.
your doing heads ,so setting compression for the 54's is the way for you to go.
if you were to just bolt in the 54 I would advance it 4 deg. if it were mine.
but straight up is a very safe build.

Not sure if I know how to tel the difference... They look the same as those that were in the 02 Softail, so I think B's...
I'm going to button up the 10 Glide b4 I break into the 02 Softail... Don't want to mix parts..might end up with 06 Softail Limited..LOL

Hoping to ride and tune the Glide over the rest of this mild winter we're having up here in NH too:clap:
And ya Stroker, Say No To Closed Loop Tuning - SNCLT! Going to throw the TwinScan on..

easy way to tell b or c lifter, the b will have the oil hole either inward or outward when installed, the c will have the feed hole either forward or backward
