Well,

I am on the final leg of a 10k month. I have traversed the continent and returned...I am sitting here in CA with JimmyK and John (Scooter88b) waiting for Hippo to arrive at IHR Headquarters for the trip thru the Redwoods.

We will have a nice 3 day run thru Northern CA to see the Redwoods and the rugged NoCal Coast for purposes of completing a 10,000 mile month...anyone got a better month. I got the worst weather across the entire nation. I can hardly believe the amount of miles I have ridden in rain, tornado storms and freezing temperatures. I had hoped to get some good weather at some point along the way. When it wasn't raining or freezing, I was riding in 30 mile an hour crosswinds...go figure.

8770 miles and counting.

p.s. while I was visiting Missouri, some fellers there taught me to drink 'Crown Royal' and then teached me to play a game called 'poker' I look forward to my next learning experience...LOL. I am loving life...sometimes being me is fun!

I am not only impressed, I'm jealous! I hope that you will have a long story to go with the pics. Tell us about the sites, the people, how the bike held up, and so on. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, I’m sure that you enjoyed the experience. Makes me want to pack up and go!

You IHR dudes have a good time. Be careful and try not to let JimmyK get you into too much trouble!

Boy o boy ya got everybody jealous now! I plan on retiring in 9 years and told the old lady that the first thing I'm gonna do is circumnavigate the U.S. with Canada and Mexico thrown in for good measure. Wish I was doin' it now
