07 Softails

You are going to have to wait til July-August like everybody else. Nobody knows for sure what the next year holds, not even the dealers. There is always speculation, but nothing concrete until the dealers meet with the MoCo.

I heard they are going all 6 speeds and fatter rear tires, also an even fatter rear tire option they are calling a hog. Oh this is how rumors get started. I heard by me thinking something and saying it was something I heard.

Tires get any fatter, ya won't need a kickstand. I can see it now. The new '07 "Steam Roller" with a 425 tire.

odds are pretty good that the Softails and Touring will have O2 sensors. 6-speeds??? I think they are going to hold off because of the problems with the Dyna 6-speeds. That is unless they get it all figured by the time production starts up.

The only thing I am sure of is o2 sensors, which also means no more Carbs on the Softail series. I am willing to bet the farm on that!!!

i also heard they are going to have the easy pull clutch and a honda decal on the side.
No more carbs and 02 sensors as a bonus.

I guess the days of the air cooled vtwin are numbered.:badmood:

I also heard they are going to come with the 103 Screamin Eagle Motor. Also there is a rumor that they may come with an a$$ hole wiper on them so you don't have to stop as often.
